It’ll be modern stock V5 - Camarilla City. No Elders. This may change after discussing with you folks, the players. I’d like to run a chronicle where the city is stuck between the traditions of the Camarilla and the shiny freedom of of the Anarchs.
For some unknown reason the Beckoning is particularly strong in this domain and even the older Ancilla cannot resist the urge more than a few weeks and elders merely nights, must leave for the old world. Although curiously once far away the beckoning recedes back to its usual level. This leaves the city to be left in the hands of unusually young kindred. With rumors of this city being abandoned by the elders many neonates are flocking here to escape and carve out their own little fiefdom.
