If we spend XP on Skills/Disciplines/Backgrounds etc, can we use the new things in DTAs the same month we buy them?
I will consult with Chris, but I think at this point, that is indeed no issue, the theory is you kind of started training in the skill/power before the DTA, you know reading a few books last month and did a tad of practicing before hand (Just make a note in the DTA of the XP spend).
If you are using something that needs a DTA to gain, just make sure the DTA to gain it is before the one using it, reflecting the order things where done and to make our job just that tad easier and less confusing, thank you
